SA Water now offers up to $200 rebate for the purchase and use of water efficient garden goods. If you spend a minimum of $100 on water efficient goods you can receive 50% of the purchase price. Many of Jeffries products qualify for the rebate.

Water efficient garden goods eligible for a rebate include:

  • Organic mulch or compost
  • Soil wetting agents
  • Tap timers
  • Compost bins
  • Soil moisture sensors or rain sensors

You will need to have purchased the specified garden goods on or after 1 December 2010, and provide original receipts
when claiming the rebate.

Eligible garden goods must always be used in conjunction with the current water restrictions in your area.

This offer is limited to one rebate per property, per financial year. Purchases do not need to be made in one transaction, simply collect your receipts, you have two years to make your claim Jeffries have a range of products designed to help you save water in the garden, from special water holding soils, wetting agents, organic compost and mulches.

Jeffries Hydrocell Soil

Hydrocell is an amazing product from Holland that holds water, air and nutrients for plant roots to access as required, and lasts for up to 7 years. Made with high quality ingredients, including Jeffries Organic Compost, this is a unique soil blend that has no peer.

Half the water, twice the growth!

  • Prepare the site properly before spreading new topsoil
  • Never spread the new soil over a compacted base
  • Loosen up the base soil first
  • Heavy clay - spread 1 kg per m2 of Gypsum, then rip or work deeply with a garden fork
  • The soil should be damp - but not so wet that it crumbles, deforms and smears
  • Always mulch after laying soil or new plantings

Certified to Australian Standard AS 4419 LIC 2016 Jeffries Special Soil is a blend of only the best ingredients, including Jeffries Organic Compost. It provides an open, free draining soil structure, while the compost contains vital organic nutrients and water retention benefits. Jeffries Special Soil is great for getting new lawns and gardens up and running.
